All products purchased from our store are covered by the protections provided under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not perform as expected, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

We will offer a solution in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered.
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.

  1. Your full name.
  2. Your order number.
  3. A clear description of the issue.
  4. Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and respond within 2 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • A refund of the amount paid.
  • A replacement of the same product originally ordered.
  • A replacement product of similar value.
  • A store credit or discount code for a future purchase.

Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong product, no longer want the item, or decide the product is not suitable for your personal preference, unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.

To help us resolve your request quickly, we recommend contacting us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item. However, this does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Returned products must be sent back in a safe and reasonable condition, unless the issue prevents this from being possible.
